Proper maintenance is imperative to ensuring the longevity of your roof.
Our exclusive guarantee is intended to provide you with added value and peace of mind. If additional labor is necessary due to a defect in our workmanship at the repair site, we will fix the problem at no extra expense. It is important to note that this guarantee is only valid once full payment has been made and does not cover materials, equipment, manufacturer's items, or any causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, fire, windstorm, flood, or similar events. It also does not cover routine maintenance tasks, such as caulking or cleaning.
Please be advised that this warranty will become null and void if any other trade or contractor repairs, replaces, or modifies our original work in any way or applies any aftermarket products, such as coatings or sealants. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any fungus, bacteria, infestation, UV degradation, rust, or corrosion resulting in metal or wood decay.
